​Contact Centre Support Worker
Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Contact Centre Support Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating contact visits in a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and facilitate contact visits between children and non-resident parents or family members.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during contact visits.

Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and families.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and families.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Prior experience in childcare, social work, or related fields is preferred but not required.
