Position Overview: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Contact Centre Support Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and facilitating contact visits in a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and facilitate contact visits between children and non-resident parents or family members.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during contact visits.

• Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and families.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and families.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Prior experience in childcare, social work, or related fields is preferred but not required.
